DC/AC kick off this brilliant weekend of local live music with their "For those who saved the rock, we salute you" gig on Thursday 27th August. DC/AC are one of the most authentic AC/DC tribute shows you will see anywhere in the world. Featuring charismatic vocalist Ade Bruce, sensational guitarist Paul (Dockers) Daugherty, backed up by the most powerful rhythm section you are ever likely to hear, with guitarist Kev Cleator, drummer John Cleator, and bass player Richard Raine.
On Friday 28th August OK Computer, a Tribute to Radiohead are live from the Prom Suite. This is a free event, you don’t need to book a ticket just turn up on the night. Please note capacity is limited to 250. Expect lots of Radiohead songs and a great night of live music.
Triskel Promotions proudly presents Pigs on the Wing to close the weekend in style on Saturday 29th August. Pigs are the ultimate tribute to the iconic classic tracks of Pink Floyd. This band are the closest you will get to the real thing. As recognition of key support workers at the hospital, a limited number of FREE tickets will be made available to badge-holders.
