When you purchase tickets at VillaGaiety we use your:

• Email address - To send your "Print at Home" tickets (if you selected this option) or contact you if a show is cancelled/rescheduled.
• Telephone Number - To contact you if a show is cancelled/rescheduled and you did not want to give your email address.
• Home address - To send tickets if you selected "post tickets" or to send a letter if a show is cancelled/rescheduled and you did not want to give your email address or telephone number.

If you do not wish to give any personal details you can go into the Villa Marina or Welcome Centre to purchase tickets in person and take your tickets once booked, however, the Villa Marina & Gaiety Theatre does not take responsibility if we are unable to contact you regarding cancelled/rescheduled shows.

Google Analytics: Information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website, such as your IP address, demographics such as age and gender, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views. Please note that this information does not identify any individual user.

Ticketsolve – our online store to enable you to purchase tickets. Your name, email address, home address, phone number and interests. Secure payments are made via their payment partner realexpayments a division of Global Payments Inc.  Servers are based in the EEA.

MailChimp – to allow us to email customers on a regular basis, weekly and monthly. Your name, email address, interests are all that we request.  MailChimp participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

Transfer of Information outside the EEA

In addition to this website, VillaGaiety also has social media profiles. In order to search for orders, allocate tickets to competition winners and deal with your enquiry effectively we may ask for some personal information: You may choose to provide us with personal information on our social media platforms; we ask that you do also check the platform's privacy policy and terms of service prior to sending us anything.

Social media message boxes are only accessed by the marketing team who has responsibility for maintaining VillaGaiety's social media platforms.
