Being part of the scheme does not guarantee you a ticket, only a certain allocation of ECS seats are available per event and are bookable on a first-come first-served basis.
Membership of the scheme is valid for up to 2 years, after which you will be required to re-register.
VillaGaiety reserves the right to request further information of the registered individual to support their assistance and to prevent against fraud.
If you are a wheelchair user that prefers to transfer to a venue seat, you will need to be independently capable of leaving the venue in the event of an evacuation without access to your wheelchair. If you are unable to do so, in line with Risk Assessments, Health and Safety and the Fire Safety Officer, you will need to remain in your wheelchair book a wheelchair space ticket.
